Yes. The Android version uses the same ArUco marker detection algorithm as iOS, with an optical flow fallback for when the marker isn't visible. You'll need a phone with a rear camera (virtually all Android phones qualify).
Manual wellness logging (heart rate, sleep, readiness) is supported on Android. Wear OS integration is on the roadmap. On iOS, Apple Watch integration works through the Health app.
Workout data is currently stored on-device for each platform. Cross-platform cloud sync is planned for a future update. If you switch phones within the same platform, data is not affected.
